Bath and Body Works is the home of the "100% Love it or return it" garuntee. If you try it and don't love it, you can bring it back to any store for any reason, any time. I have never had to use a reciept myself, but I have heard some stores require it if the product has been used.
Bath and Body Works prohibits animal testing of their products.
